Andreas Christensen unsure over his Chelsea future
Andreas Christensen has admitted that he does not know where his future will lie come the end of the season. The Dane is currently in the second year of his loan contract at Borussia Monchengladbach.
The 20-year-old has been a consistent performer for the Bundesliga outfit over the past year and this earned him club's Player of the Year accolade in May.
Chelsea have previously iterated that Christensen will return to Stamford Bridge at the end of the 2017/18 campaign , but the centre-half is unsure where he would ply his trade next summer.
"I do not know yet whether my future lies at Chelsea or Borussia Monchengladbach," he told German source Rheinischen Post.
"Maybe the decision is not mine to make. Perhaps I do not even have a choice. But if I get to make the decision myself, I will take my time and take everything into consideration."
The defender is likely to feature for Borussia Monchengladbach in midweek when they take on Manchester City in the Champions League.
