Arsenal ready fresh deal for Hector Bellerin
Arsenal are prepared to offer a new long-term contract to Hector Bellerin amid interest from former side Barcelona. The Spain international joined the North London giants from the famous La Masia academy in 2011.
Bellerin, 21, has evolved into a key player for the Gunners over the past year, and this earned him a place in the PFA team sheet last term.
According to The Mirror, the Gunners have already held initial talks with the right-back, and they are likely to further negotiations over a fresh deal during the international break.
Arsene Wenger's side are known to have quickened the process after Barcena vice-president Jordi Mestre hinted that the Spaniard would be the perfect fit at Camp Nou.
Arsenal are also in discussions with star duo Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil as they seek tie them down until the summer of 2021.
