Chelsea want De Sciglio in exchange for Fabregas
Chelsea are prepared to offload Cesc Fabregas to AC Milan in January, provided they are offered Mattia De Sciglio as part of a player-plus-cash deal.
The Italy international has the potential to play on either side of the central defenders, and this has captured the attention of Antonio Conte.
Calciomercato says the Blues are on the search for a new left-back and Sciglio is thought to be the ideal fit for the role.
Fabregas, 29, has been on the radar of Milan for somewhile, and the Blues are willing to do business with the Rossoneri, if they are offered Sciglio plus £8m in the New Year.
Spain international Fabregas has struggled for playing time since the start of the campaign, but this has not deterred the midfielder from fighting for his position at Stamford Bridge.
