Antoine Griezmann open to Premier League move
France international Antoine Griezmann is open to the prospect of moving to the Premier League once he calls quits on his Atletico Madrid career. Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United are among the clubs interested in his services.
The forward has been heavily linked with a move to England ever since manager Diego Simeone opted to reduce his contract length at the Vicente Calderon.
Simeone has held a fruitful relationship with Griezmann in recent seasons, but his decision to leave Atleti by 2018 has urged the striker to assess his future options.
In an interview with Telefoot, Griezmann revealed that the Premier League could be his next destination with a move to Ligue 1 with Paris Saint-Germain not being in his interest.
"PSG? It is an interesting possibility but Ligue 1 does not interest me for now. I would prefer to stay in La Liga or go to the Premier League." he said.
Griezmann has netted over 60 goals for Atletico Madrid since arriving from Real Sociedad in the summer of 2014.
