Arsenal tracking Southampton starlet
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has deployed scouts to monitor Southampton youngster Joshua Sims. The English youngster has recently forced his way into Southampton's side and the Gunners could use their financial clout to snap up the 20-year-old in the summer transfer window.
The winger has been in fine form this year, finally making his Premier League debut and impressing in the four times that he has played so far. Sims has also played regularly in the domestic cup competitions as the Saints have reached the League Cup final this year. That form has caught the eye of Arsene Wenger, who has previously plucked talent from Southampton's youth setup, with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Theo Walcott both coming from St Mary's.
Sims has two years remaining on his contract and has appeared for England's under-17 and under-18 sides.
