Chelsea could make exceptional offer for French striker
Premier League giants Chelsea are said to be mulling over a late bid for Celtic striker Moussa Dembele.
The France under-21 international has emerged as a surprise target for the Blues as they seek to loan out Michy Batshuayi to West Ham for rest of the season.
Dembele, 20, has been strongly linked with an exit from Parkhead ever since his impressive start to the campaign with the Hoops.
According to Sky Sports News, the west London giants are considering a potential £30m raid for the attacker, but the value still remains below Hoops' £40m valuation.
Dembele has been a huge success since his Bosman from neighbours Fulham in the summer, and his tally of 20 goals in all competitions has urged the Scottish giants to withstand offers for his services.
Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are among the other sides who have been previously credited with interest in the talented marksman.
