Bournemouth want Chelsea duo before transfer deadline
Bournemouth are planning an ambitious attempt to land both Asmir Begovic and Nathan Ake before the transfer deadline, The Mirror claims.
The Cherries are said to have finalized a £10m fee for Asmir Begovic earlier in the month but the deal is still on a hinge with the Blues yet to find a suitable replacement.
Celtic's Craig Gordon has been identified as the preferred choice to play backup, but the Hoops have, for now, turned down bids for their keeper.
Meanwhile, Ake is the other being linked with a move to Dean Court, but this time on a permanent basis. The Dutch footballer impressed during his temporary stint on the South Coast in the first half of the campaign before he was recalled.
Since then, he has earned just one start in west London, and there is the possibility he could be sold if the Blues manage to sign a fresh left-back.
