Arsenal star insists club can still catch Chelsea in the title race
Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey feels his side still have a realistic chance of lifting the Premier League crown despite being 13 points adrift of leaders Chelsea with a game in hand.
The Wales international was last involved in the 2-1 defeat to Watford on January 31 where his average performance cost his side dearly prior to him being substituted with a calf issue in the first-half.
Ramsey has since been nursing his injury, and he is expected to take some part in the Gunners' trip to Anfield to face Liverpool on Saturday.
Speaking to TalkSPORT, the Euro 2016 star believes the Gunners could still catch the west London giants, who he insists could falter in the final stages.
"There’s still a lot of football to be played," Ramsey told talkSPORT. "Stranger things have happened in football before.
‘Chelsea have quite a gap at the moment but it only takes a couple of games and everybody is right back in it again."
Arsene Wenger's side had gone through a run of 17 league games without a defeat earlier in the campaign and Ramsey admits that the club should get back to winning ways if they are to move closer to the summit.
