Torino interested in permanent Hart transfer
Torino interested in permanent Hart transfer
Serie A club Torino are prepared to sanction a permanent move for Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart at the end of the season.
The England international joined the Italian side on loan last summer after he saw himself behind the likes of Claudio Bravo and Wilfredo Caballero for the number one role.
Toro president Urbano Cairo had previously ruled out a summer move for the Three Lions shot-stopper, but according to talkSPORT, he has had a change of mind due to the player's performance and leadership skills.
Hart, who has appeared 24 times in the Serie A, is currently valued at around £20m, but he may have to take a decent wage cut to seal his permanent switch to Torino.
The 29-year-old has turned out nearly 350 times for Manchester City since arriving from minnows Shrewsbury Town back in the summer of 2016.
He is also a transfer target for Merseyside duo Everton and Liverpool, and it could come to him to decide where his future lies next term.
