Real Madrid lining up Eden Hazard offer

European champions Real Madrid are deemed to be lining up a big-money move for Chelsea's Eden Hazard this summer.
The La Liga giants are expected to be busy in the transfer market during the off-season with both Isco and James Rodriguez being tipped to leave the Bernabeu, COPE, via TalkSPORT reports.
Spain international Isco has been linked with the likes of Juventus and Manchester City in recent weeks while Rodriguez could be headed for a surprise reunion with AS Monaco.
Hazard has managed to revive his old self following a lacklustre campaign last term, and he has been identified as the perfect 'Galactico' signing for the next transfer window.
The 2014/15 PFA Player of the Year has netted 11 league goals for the west London giants who currently hold a 10-point over Tottenham Hotspur at the top of the league standings.
Chelsea will seek to keep their hopes of clinching a domestic double when they host rivals Manchester United in the FA Cup quarterfinal on Monday night.
