Allegri's success at Juventus will attract Arseanl

Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri has told Arsenal chiefs that they have until the end of the month to decide on Arsene Wenger's future at the club, or risk missing out on their first choice replacement.

Allegri has been tipped by many to be the man to replace Wenger at the Emirates, and make Arsenal a leading force in English football again. Allegri appears keen on the move, however he has now told Arsenal that they must tell him by the end of the month whether they will be looking for a new manager or not, so that he can decide on his Juventus future.

Allegri's contract with the Serie A club expires at the end of next season, and Juventus are keen for him to sign a new one, however, the Italian manager will have heard the speculation linking him to roles at Arsenal and Barcelona.

Reports in today's Daily Star say that Allegri is "well aware" that Arsenal are interested in his services, with his Juventus side on the verge of winning a third successive Serie A title. If Arsenal and Wenger can not decide on who will be in the dugout next season within the next few weeks, they face missing out on their first choice candidate.
