Tottenham could make a move for Bournemouth striker

Tottenham Hotspur are still officially in the race for the Premier League title this season, but it looks likely that they will fall short. They will be keen to challenge again and hope to go one better and win the league next season, knowing that the right summer signings could make the difference.
The latest player to be linked with Spurs is Bournemouth striker Josh King. The Norwegian international has been in fine form for The Cherries this season, particularly since the new year. His twelve league goals since the beginning of January can only be beaten by Everton's Romelu Lukaku and current Tottenham striker Harry Kane.
The Mirror reports that twenty five year old King has emerged as a target for Mauricio Pochettino, with the £15 million expected fee much lower than that of many other strikers in the current market.
Bournemouth will hope to keep hold of King, as they look to build on their two strong showings since their promotion from the Championship. The man that they may look to replace him with is Sunderland's Jermaine Defoe, who looks set to leave after their relegation.
