Bayern Munich open to Arturo Vidal sale?
German champions Bayern Munich are prepared to cut ties with Chilean midfielder Arturo Vidal at the end of the current season. The 30-year-old has previously been linked with a reunion with Chelsea head coach Antonio Conte.
Vidal has been with the Bavarian giants since the summer of 2015, contributing 17 goals in over 100 appearances across all competitions.
However, the midfield enforcer has dropped his performance levels during the ongoing campaign, and according to Kicker, the Bundesliga holders are prepared to offload him when he enters the final year of his contract in the summer.
Premier League giants Chelsea have previously been associated with a move for the Chile international, but it is yet to be seen whether the Blues would cough up a £50m fee to pursue his services.
Vidal shared a fond relationship with Blues boss Conte during their time together at Juventus, winning three successive Serie A titles and two Italian Super Cups between 2011 and 2014.
