Predicted Manchester United lineup (4-2-3-1) vs Brighton, Sanchez dropped

How Man United could lineup versus Brighton

Manchester United entertain Brighton & Hove Albion in Saturday's FA Cup quarter-final at Old Trafford. Jose Mourinho's produced a rather lacklustre showing during the Champions League exit at the hands of Sevilla, and a couple of players may potentially drop to the bench.

Formation: 4-2-3-1

Lineup:

Sergio Romero has pretty much been the preferred choice between the sticks for the Cup competitions, and he should probably get the nod for tonight's Cup outing.

Antonio Valencia has little competition behind him for the right-back role, and the vice-captain is likely to feature alongside Ashley Young, who is likely to get the nod over Luke Shaw once more in the left-back position.

In central defence, Eric Bailly is pretty much the first-choice having returned to full fitness, and the Ivorian is likely to be paired alongside Chris Smalling, who has been a constant presence in 2018.

Both Marouane Fellaini and Paul Pogba did very little to impress Mourinho against Sevilla, and we are anticipating Scott McTominay to return to the starting XI. The Scot is likely to be accompanied by Nemanja Matic in midfield.

Further forward, we are backing both Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford to start on the wings which has been more of a rarity this term. Should this be the case, Juan Mata may feature in the number 10 position with his ability to provide through balls for his attackers.

Romelu Lukaku will undoubtedly lead the line for United after another strong showing against Sevilla. The Belgian has been in splendid form since February with six goals and two assists to his name.
