Jose Mourinho wants Arsenal midfielder to replace Pogba?
Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is said to have his sights on signing Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey amid the uncertain future of Paul Pogba beyond the summer.
Pogba, 24, has found himself out of favour at Old Trafford in recent months, and super-agent Mino Raiola is understood to be in contact with the likes of Paris Saint-Germain in order to push through the midfielder's exit.
Should this be a possibility, Mourinho is believed to be eyeing a deal for Ramsey, who is also of interest to Juventus and domestic rivals Chelsea ahead of the summer.
Ramsey has just 15 months left on his existing deal with the Gunners, and the club's failure to negotiate a new contract by the summer could see them sanction his exit for around £35m.
The Welshman has received a mixed reaction from the fans over his showing on the playing field, and it will be interesting to see whether Arsenal manage to commit him and Wilshere to a new deal in the coming months,
Wilshere, 26, has just three months left on his current contract, but the club remain optimistic that the midfielder will eventually sort out his future rather than joining a league rival.
