Jose Mourinho delivers double injury boost for Swansea City game

Jones and Rojo in contention for Swans game

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has confirmed that he will be able to call upon both Phil Jones and Marcos Rojo for tomorrow's Premier League meeting versus Swansea City.

Speaking in his press conference, the Special One said that Jones and Rojo are in contention for the league duties after not playing a part since early February.

He told MUTV: "Apart of Daley, who is training with us, but obviously not available after a couple of months out, we recovered all the other problems we had. That includes Phil Jones, of course Marcos Rojo, who played already with Argentina, so the picture improved a lot for us in that aspect."

Daley Blind remains sidelined with an ankle problem sustained earlier in the year, and he is expected to be joined by Sergio Romero who is out for a couple of weeks picking up a knee injury on international duty.

Ashley Young is another potential doubt after sustaining a knock playing for England, but Mourinho is optimistic that he will recover in time for the Saturday league showdown.

Manchester United are currently second in the league standings with 65 points, but they could be leapfrogged by Liverpool by the time, they host Swansea at Old Trafford.
