Wilfred Ndidi responds to Liverpool, Arsenal transfer link
Nigeria international Wilfried Ndidi has brushed off the ongoing speculation linking with a big money-move to one of Liverpool or Arsenal.
The 21-year-old joined Leicester City from Genk during the winter of 2017, and he has since evolved into one of the most promising young midfielders in the English top-flight.
A recent report from The Sun suggested that Ndidi could be the subject of a transfer tussle from both Liverpool and Arsenal said to be monitoring his progress.
However, in a recent interview, Ndidi has refused to get into the speculation, and has stressed that he is focused on the job in hand with Leicester City, he said: "I don't think about this. Any move to a bigger club will take care of itself if I keep doing my thing."
Liverpool and Arsenal are bracing themselves for the departure of Emre Can and Jack Wilshere respectively on free transfers during the summer, and both of them are expected to move in for at least one recruit, though the Reds already have an agreement in place for RB Leipzig's Naby Keita.
