Manchester United quoted price for Juventus defender
Juventus are reportedly prepared to sanction the sale of Alex Sandro during the summer, should one of his suitors match his £52m asking price. The Brazilian is currently attracting interest from Manchester United, who are planning a defensive overhaul ahead of next season.
Sandro had captured attention from the likes of Chelsea and United during last summer's transfer window, but the Old Lady maintained their not-for-stance on the left-back.
However, according to Gazzetta dello Sport, the Bianconeri could change their stance at the end of the season with Sandro yet to commit his future to the club.
Sandro is presently contracted until June 2020, and it is suggested that a fee of around £52m could tempt the Bianconeri into a sale during the summer.
United boss Jose Mourinho has identified Sandro as the ideal choice to bolster the left side of the defence, where the club have had a concern this term.
Aside from Ashley Young, the likes of Luke Shaw, Matteo Darmian and Daley Blind have failed to impress, and the trio could be offloaded to recoup funds for Sandro's transfer.
