Liverpool plot deal for Wolves midfielder
Liverpool are reportedly keen on pursuing a move for Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Ruben Neves during the summer transfer window.
The Portuguese footballer made a surprise move from Porto to Wolves last summer and he has since been a revelation scoring six goals and registering a solitary assist across all competitions.
According to UOL journalist Marcus Alves, Reds boss Jurgen Klopp has been impressed with the 21-year-old's showing this season, and he is planning to make an approach for his signature in the summer.
Despite the speculation, Neves has hinted he could stay with Wolves next season after having initially joined them with the prospect of securing Premier League promotion.
Wolves have already been assured of a berth in next season's top-flight but they have the opportunity to win the Championship title this weekend when they take on Bolton Wanderers.
The west Midlands side can also become the third Championship club since the millennium to achieve the 100-point mark but for this, they require another five points from their remaining three games.
