Willian nearing Manchester United move?

Chelsea attacker Willian is reportedly nearing a move to Manchester United with his representative having held initial talks with the Red Devils hierarchy.

Willian has been left frustrated by the limited gametime under Antonio Conte and he was only a late substitute in the recent FA Cup final win over United.

As such, the 29-year-old appears to have made his mind up for a fresh challenge and United, managed by ex-Blues boss Jose Mourinho, are reckoned as favourites to acquire his signature.

According to ESPN, the player's agent has already made contact with the Mancunian giants but it is yet to be seen whether the Blues would considering doing business with the Red Devils.

Antonio Conte's side were slammed by their own supporters after Nemanja Matic was allowed to reunite with Mourinho last summer and they may yet block an approach from United for Willian.

Willian, who has more than two years on his current deal, enjoyed his best season in the Chelsea shirt last term as he scored 13 goals and assisted a further eight across all competitions.
