Chelsea making tempting offer for Jack Grealish?

Chelsea have reportedly joined the likes of Tottenham Hotspur and Leicester City in the pursuit of Aston Villa midfielder Jack Grealish this summer.

The 22-year-old has been fancied to leave the Villains amid their ongoing financial crisis but the club are still holding out for a sizeable offer for their midfielder.

According to TEAMtalk, the Blues have become the latest side to express an interest in the Englishman and they are prepared to offer a tempting transfer package which may suit the Villains.

As per the source, the FA Cup holders have submitted a transfer bid worth £30m for the highly-rated footballer and they are prepared to loan him back to Villa for the upcoming campaign.

Grealish missed the first three months of the previous campaign after a damaged kidney but he returned to make 33 appearances for Steve Bruce's side in their push to the Championship playoff final. He has two years left on his current Aston Villa deal.
