Tottenham keeping tabs on German World Cup winner

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly joined the likes of Arsenal and Everton in the pursuit of Borussia Dortmund midfielder Mario Gotze.
The 26-year-old had a difficult 2017/18 season with Dortmund where he struggled with fitness issues but he is now said to be eyeing a jump to a fresh league.
Arsenal, Everton and West Ham United have all been linked with the German in recent days and according to Football.London, Spurs are now deemed to be keeping tabs on his situation.
It is added that the London club have held a long-term interest in the World Cup winner and he could be available for a bargain fee of just £18m this summer.
Gotze has struggled to live up to his expectations since his World Cup-winning goal for Germany against Argentina in 2014 and he was most-recently excluded by Joachim Loew for the tournament in Russia.
Liverpool have also been credited with an interest in Gotze in the past and they are yet to make any sort of approach for the German. The Reds recently witnessed their move for Nabil Fekir called off.
