England trio doubtful to feature against Belgium
England trio Kieran Trippier, Kyle Walker and Jordan Henderson are likely to miss the third-place play off game versus Belgium at the ongoing World Cup.
The trio were involved from the starting lineup for the Three Lions during their semi-final against Croatia, where their opponents came from a goal down to secure a 2-1 triumph.
According to Sky Sports News, Kyle Walker and Jordan Henderson sustained cramp and fatigue respectively during the Croatian game and this puts them in doubt for the third-place play off.
On the other hand, Trippier's injury is more serious after he was barely able to walk after a groin problem late in the game and he could miss the encounter altogether.
Despite this, Gareth Southgate is expected to stick with the entire squad for the consolation game versus Belgium where he will be hoping for a victory to end the campaign on a good note.
