Alisson Becker set to sort his AS Roma future
Brazil international Alisson Becker could sort his Roma future this month with his agent scheduled to hold discussions with the club's hierarchy. The 25-year-old has been identified as a transfer target for both Liverpool and Chelsea this summer.
According to Gianluca di Marzio, agent Ze Maria Neis is set to hold a meeting with Roma today and explain his client's desire to pursue a fresh challenge elsewhere.
The Giallorossi have placed a £60m price tag on Alisson's head which has warded off his suitors in recent weeks but they may considering lowering this value, should the shot-stopper himself push for a summer exit.
Liverpool are rumoured to be eyeing a new keeper after a number of calamitous blunders from Loris Karius of late while Chelsea are seeking a replacement for Thibaut Courtois, who could part ways with the club.
Courtois is presently of interest to European champions Real Madrid with his contract due to expire in less than 12 months' time. He has yet to show any intention of extending his Blues deal.
