Real Madrid marksman heading to AC Milan?
Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema has been associated with a probable exit from the Bernabeu with AC Milan leading the race for his signature.
The 30-year-old has netted 182 goals in all competitions for Real Madrid during a nine-year stay but he managed just 12 strikes for Los Blancos through the 2017/18 campaign.
As such, the European champions have already begun their search for a potential replacement with Gianluca di Marzio suggesting that the Frenchman is on the cusp of joining the Rossoneri.
Agent Ludovic Fattizzo is said to be playing the intermediary in the proposed deal which has already been discussed with Rossoneri coach Gennaro Gattuso and sporting director Massimiliano Mirabelli.
Milan's dire financial situation does not permit them to spend freely during the ongoing transfer window and reports suggest that one of Andre Silva or Nikola Kalinic could be sacrificed upon Benzema's arrival.
Silva has been linked with both Wolverhampton Wanderers and Besiktas while Kalinic is presently the subject of interest from Europa League holders Atletico Madrid.
