Rojo wanted at Everton

Everton are reportedly weighing up a possible move to sign Marcos Rojo from Manchester United this summer.

The Argentine has been an influential figure with the Red Devils over the past four seasons but he has now been deemed surplus to requirements amid the club's search for a new centre-back.

According to The Telegraph, the Toffees are looking into a deal for the Argentina international despite being in negotiations to sign Yerry Mina from Barcelona.

Rojo is currently valued at an affordable sum of £20m but the Toffees are still said to have concerns over his wages which are presently at £120,000-a-week.

Everton have been very selective with their transfer targets for the summer and so far, they have signed up just one player in the form of Richarlison from Watford.

Meanwhile, Lucas Digne from Barcelona is reported to have arrived for a medical and the Frenchman should be announced as the Toffees' second signing in the next 24 hours.
