Neymar predicts this season's Premier League winner

Paris Saint-Germain attacker Neymar has said that Manchester City will retain the Premier League title this season.
Pep Guardiola's men have won three and drawn one of their opening four league games, but are still in fourth place, behind Watford, Chelsea, and Liverpool.
“Who will win it? Woah that’s difficult,” Neymar told The Express. “It’s very hard, very difficult, but Manchester City will win it. Second will be United, third is Chelsea. Fourth is Tottenham.”
The Brazilian surprisingly left current league leaders Liverpool out of his top four prediction.
After finishing fourth in the league and reaching the UEFA Champions League final last term, the Reds are expected to be one of the major contenders this season.
Ahead of the start of this season, Liverpool have strengthened their squad, signing Brazil's number one goalkeeper Alisson Becker for £67m. They also added Naby Keita, Fabinho, and Xherdan Shaqiri.
Neymar probably didn't give much thought to his prediction, as it is far from what an average football fan will say based on what Jurgen Klopp's men have been doing of late.
