Chelsea receive major injury boost with midfielder back in training

Chelsea have received a major injury boost with midfielder Cesc Fabregas returning to training after recovering from a mysterious knee injury.
The Spaniard picked up the problem before the pre-season friendly game against Arsenal but Maurizio Sarri had suggested that the problem is not serious.
Despite this, the midfielder has gone on to miss the Community Shield and the first four games of the Premier League season but he is likely to be back in contention following the international break.
Since the start of the season, N'Golo Kante and Jorginho have been very much constants in the centre of the park and Fabregas could find himself jostling for the third midfield role alongside the likes of Barkley, Kovacic and Loftus-Cheek.
Danny Drinkwater is the other senior midfielder presently available to the club but he appears to have been deemed surplus to requirements by Sarri after being recently excluded from the club's Europa League squad.
