West Ham vice-chairman backs Pellegrini to turn things around
West Ham vice-chairman Karren Brady believes that coach Manuel Pellegrini can turn things around at the London club.
Despite spending over £100m during the last summer transfer window, the Hammers have been unable to collect a single Premier League point having lost their opening four games.
Speaking to the Sun, she said: “It hasn’t happened yet but I have complete faith that things will soon start to turn our way. The most important thing is to stick together."
She further said that the team will eventually gel as it takes time for a new team to understand each other and play as a unit.
Brady also added that targeting the manager or some players in the squad will not be helpful for anybody.
Finally, she said that the club will stand by the team who need the encouragement of the fans and the Hammers' hierarchy.
After the international break, West Ham will face Everton at Goodison Park, a game Pellegrini will be under pressure to win.
