Sarri open to John Terry return
Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri has revealed that he is open to John Terry's return to the club as a coach.
The former Chelsea captain is currently a free agent and rejected a move to Russian side Spartak Moscow two days ago.
Speaking at a press conference ahead of Chelsea's game against Cardiff City, Sarri said, Football.London reports: "Of course (I am open to the idea). Of course he would be a point of reference for me and everyone here."
The former Napoli boss also said that he is not aware if there is a chance for Terry to return as a coach, adding that he will speak with the player to clarify exactly what he wants.
Terry has also been linked with a return to Aston Villa, the Championship side he played for last season.
Chelsea will be facing Cardiff having won their first four league games this season.
The game will take place at 15:00 BST, shortly after Liverpool must have finished playing Tottenham Hotspur in the early game on Saturday.
