Spanish giants Barcelona will reportedly be monitoring Paul Pogba's performance from now and until the end of the season before making a potential approach for his services.

Pogba's future has been the main talking point over the past couple of months amid suggestions that his relationship with manager Jose Mourinho is far from fruitful.

Amidst this, The Mirror reports that Barca sent scouts to track Pogba's man-of-the-match showing against Young Boys in the Champions League on Tuesday night and they are now prepared to monitor him for the rest of the season.

Pogba has on numerous occasions refused to rule out a future exit from Old Trafford and reports suggest that the Blaugrana are growing confident of signing the midfielder with a £100m plus offer next summer.

The Frenchman has been ever-present for United since the season started and he is expected to retain his position when the Red Devils host Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Premier League on Saturday.
