Harry Kane reacts as Spurs return to winning ways
Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has said that it is good to be back to winning ways after his side's 2-1 win over Brighton and Hove Albion in the Premier League on Saturday.
Kane made it one nil via the penalty spot in the first half before Erik Lamela made it two in the 76th minute. Anthony Knockaert got one back for Brighton in the 93rd minute to keep the final score at 2-1.
Prior to this victory, Spurs had lost their last three games after a good start to the season.
"We could have put it to bed and won 3-0 or 4-0 but it's good to get back to winning ways. The gaffer will be pleased and we can build on this," he said, reports BBC Sport.
The win means Spurs have 12 points from their opening six games, leaving them in fifth position.
Up next for Mauricio Pochettino's men is a Carabao Cup fixture against Watford next Wednesday.
