Beckham holds talks with Zidane over coaching role

David Beckham has held preliminary talks with Zinedine Zidane over becoming the head coach of his new team Inter Miami FC in 2020.

Inter Miami is scheduled to start playing in Major League soccer in 2020, and the former Manchester United winger has started making preparations regarding who will be in his team, with Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo being talked about.

Zidane has been linked with Manchester United should Jose Mourinho be sacked as coach, but it remains to be seen where the former Real Madrid boss will end up with 2020 still far away, and the Red Devils sticking with their Portuguese manager at the moment.

After a poor start to the season, Mourinho was heavily been linked with being sacked, but with three wins out of four in their latest games, those reports have cooled down.

After guiding Real Madrid to three consecutive UEFA Champions League titles, Zidane is currently out of a coaching job after resigning his position at the Bernabeu, but it won't be difficult for him to get a job should he decide to return to management.
