Everton interested in signing Arsenal striker?
Premier League side Everton are reportedly considering an approach for Arsenal striker Danny Welbeck whose contract is due to conclude at the end of the current season.
The England international has been with the Gunners since the summer of 2014 and during this period, he has contributed over 30 goals across all competitions.
Despite this, he has struggled to secure a regular starting spot due to injuries and competition along the way and he is now being linked with a Gunners exit amid the lack of contract talks.
According to The Mirror, the Toffees are keeping close tabs on the developments around Welbeck and they could lodge an attempt to sign him in either January or at the end of the campaign.
Welbeck is presently the Gunners' joint top-scorer this term with four goals across all competitions but he has yet to earn a start in the Premier League since Unai Emery took over at the helm.
