Everton to make January raid for Jamie Vardy?
Everton could reportedly make an attempt to sign Jamie Vardy from Leicester City when the transfer window reopens in January.
The 31-year-old has been an instrumental figure for the Foxes over the year but his future has recently been put into doubt amid his strained relationship with manager Claude Puel.
According to The Mirror, the marksman is said to be angry with the club's head coach after being dropped to the bench for the 1-1 Premier League draw against West Ham United.
It is added that the former Fleetwood man could now seek to pursue a fresh challenge elsewhere with Everton among the clubs leading the potential pursuit.
Everton boss Marcos Silva is said to have targeted Vardy since the summer and reports indicate that they could be prepared to test the Foxes' resolve with a £25m offer at the turn of the year.
Leicester came from behind against West Ham United on Saturday to register a 1-1 league draw at the King Power Stadium. Wilfried Ndidi netted the key leveller right before stoppage time.
