Eden Hazard confirms Real Madrid transfer?
Chelsea attacker Eden Hazard has hinted that he may have played his final game for the Blues and could be headed elsewhere this summer.
The Belgian starred during the recent Europa League final against Arsenal with two goals and an assist, and that saw him bag the man of the match award.
Shortly after the trophy presentation, Hazard acknowledged that he may have made his final appearance for the west London side and could pursue a fresh challenge.
"I think it's a goodbye but in football you never know. My dream was to play in Premier League, I did this for seven years in one of the biggest clubs in the world so now maybe it's time for a new challenge," he told BT Sport.
Real Madrid have been in discussions with the Blues for the playmaker in the past few months and widespread reports indicate that they have reached a £115m package to acquire his services.
The same is expected to be confirmed in the next few days with Los Blancos prepared to pay an initial £100m fee to push through the transfer agreement with the Blues.
