Manchester United plotting swoop for young Welsh midfielder
Manchester United are reportedly weighing up a summer move for Bournemouth's David Brooks as they seek to increase the creativity in their attack front.
The Wales international only joined the Cherries from Sheffield United last summer but he was able to make a strong impact through his debut Premier League campaign with seven goals and five assists.
According to The Sun, manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer holds a keen interest in signing the former Blades ace as he looks to rebuild the squad with young British players.
However, it is added that the Cherries won't part ways with the young playmaker on the cheap and they could demand as much as £50m to sanction his sale this summer.
Aside from United, Tottenham Hotspur have also been fancied to make a move for the Welshman with the future of Christian Eriksen under doubt beyond the summer.
Eriksen has just 12 months remaining on his contract with the north London side and so far, he has shown no indication of extending his stay amid interest from the likes of Real Madrid.
