21-year-old defender undergoes successful medical with Manchester United
Manchester United are set to announce the signing of defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka with the defender having undergone a successful medical at the club's Carrington base.
The Red Devils agreed on a £50m package with Crystal Palace earlier this week and they have since made quick progress in terms of completing the formalities with the right-back.
According to The Sun, the 21-year-old has gone through a series of medical tests with the Mancunian giants and the club are now expected to formally announce his signature in the next 24 hours.
Wan-Bissaka is set to earn a £80,000-a-week salary with the Red Devils while they are understood to have handed him a six-year contract, which has never happened in the history of the club.
Wan-Bissaka will become the Red Devils' second signing of the current transfer window following the arrival of winger Daniel James from Championship club Swansea City.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side are likely to continue the spending spree in the next few weeks with the manager keen on pursuing a central defender, central midfielder and striker.
