Frank Lampard reacts after Chelsea's draw against Sheffield United
Chelsea head coach Frank Lampard has admitted his disappointment after the Blues squandered a 2-0 lead at half time to settle for a 2-2 draw.
The west London side continued their momentum from the previous game and they were two goals up at the break thanks to a brace from Tammy Abraham.
However, the Blades found a way back into the game with a Callum Robinson strike before pulling level in the 89th minute through a Kurt Zouma own goal.
Speaking after the game, Lampard said that the Blues should have comfortably registered a victory against the Blades with the position they were at one stage.
"The game should have been comfortable and we have dropped two points. We want to win games, the emergence of youth is one thing but winning games is another. When you are 2-0 up at half-time you should win the game," he told BBC Sport.
With the result, the Blues have accumulated just one win from their opening four Premier League matches. They are currently two points off the top four heading into the international break.
