Ole Gunnar Solskjaer confirms triple injury blow for Manchester United
Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has confirmed that the club won't be able to bank upon three first-team players ahead of the Premier League clash against Arsenal.
The Red Devils have struggled to find the net on a regular basis since the 4-0 triumph over Chelsea in the season opener and they recently needed a penalty shoot to beat Rochdale in the third round of the League Cup after the scores were tied at 1-1 in normal time.
Speaking to MUTV, Solskjaer has confirmed that both Diogo Dalot and Angel Gomes have suffered knocks over the past week and they are unlikely to feature against the Gunners on Monday night.
He added that Marcus Rashford is likewise expected to miss the game with a groin injury but the England international could return to action before next month's international break.
United have bagged just six goals from the past seven games across all competitions. They have struggled to find a regular striker leading the line with Rashford and Anthony Martial picking up injuries.
