Arsenal midfielder Dani Ceballos wants long-term future sorted

Dani Ceballos news

Ceballos set for eventual move to England?

Arsenal's on loan midfielder Dani Ceballos has informed his agent that he would like to have his long-term future secured by January at the latest. Ceballos is currently with the Gunners on a 12 month loan deal, but could be set to return to Real Madrid at the conclusion of his temporary spell.

Ceballos has caught the eye since his arrival at the Emirates, with manager Unai Emery regularly playing the midfielder at the heart of his team. Arsenal made Ceballos one of their key acquisitions of last summer.

However, it is understood Ceballos is not keen on a long-term move to England and wants to prove himself at parent club Real Madrid.

Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane had previously indicated that Ceballos could have a future at the Bernabeu, but is not yet ready to play on a regular basis for the club.

Arsenal have no option to sign the player on a permanent deal and it is understood that Real are seeking close to 30 million euros if a deal were to be agreed to allow Ceballos to leave permanently.
