Chelsea get to know price tag for Wilfried Zaha
Crystal Palace have reportedly told Chelsea that they are unlikely to accept anything less than £80m for the potential sale of Wilfried Zaha next month.
The Ivorian was linked with both Arsenal and Everton over the summer but neither club were willing to match their asking price in full.
Zaha made a slow beginning to the Premier League campaign as he struggled to find his form but over the past month, he has found his groove with three goals from five games.
According to The Mail, the Blues hold an interest in signing the former Manchester United man but they will have to pay the £80m fee in full in order to lure him from Selhurst Park.
Apart from Zaha, the likes of Timo Werner and Jadon Sancho have also been linked with moves to the Bridge but a deal for the latter appears unlikely to happen at the turn of the year.
Werner, meanwhile, is prepared to pursue a fresh challenge elsewhere but the Blues could find themselves in a transfer tussle with several sides due to his £25.5m release clause.
