Chelsea leading the race to sign Vinicius Junior?

Chelsea are reportedly leading the hunt to sign Real Madrid winger Vinicius Junior, who has struggled to cement a regular starting role under Zinedine Zidane this term.
The Brazilian is currently on a long-term contract with Los Blancos but he has yet to establish himself with just six starts in all competitions this campaign.
According to El Desmarque, the likes of Manchester United, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are keeping a close eye on the attacker's situation but Chelsea are said to hold the edge in landing his services.
Still, they face a tough ask of convincing Los Blancos to sanction the teenager's sale, considering Vinicius has been earmarked as someone, who can become one of the leading stars at the Bernabeu in the future.
The Blues are expected to sign at least one attacker during the winter transfer window and reports have recently emerged that they have tabled a formal bid of £44.4m to sign Isco from Real Madrid.
