Manchester United still looking into deal for Juventus star?
Manchester United have reportedly revived their interest in signing Juventus midfielder Emre Can as the January transfer window reaches its conclusion.
The Red Devils have been eyeing a midfield addition this month but so far, they have failed to missed their target due to the inability to strike a deal for Sporting's Bruno Fernandes.
With just four days remaining before the transfer deadline, United are seemingly desperate for a new player in the centre of the park, particularly with Paul Pogba and Scott McTominay out injured until March at least.
According to The Express, the Mancunian giants have their sights on landing Emre Can, who has managed less than 300 minutes of playing time during his time at Juventus.
Can has previously been reluctant to accept a move to Old Trafford due to the rivalry with his former side Liverpool but his stance may change prior to the transfer deadline.
Can faces the prospect of missing out on the Germany squad for Euro 2020 and he may be tempted to make a comeback to the Premier League where he has the assurance of regular first-team football.
Aside from United, Tottenham Hotspur could also make an approach for the German midfielder with manager Jose Mourinho looking to make a couple of late purchases before Friday's transfer deadline.
