Grealish to Man United?

Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish has reportedly given the green light to Manchester United ahead of their move for his services in the summer.

The 24-year-old has enjoyed a fruitful return to the Premier League with the Villains and over the course of the top-flight campaign, he has contributed seven goals and five assists.

This has already caught the attention of several elite European clubs including Barcelona, Real Madrid and Manchester City but Goal.com claims that the Red Devils are leading the hunt to sign him.

The same publication adds that Grealish has reached a verbal agreement with the Red Devils, who will seek to negotiate a transfer fee with the Villains in the summer.

Dean Smith's side are said to value Grealish at around £60m and they are unlikely to accept a reduced figure, considering the midfielder has more than three years remaining on his contract.

Grealish is expected to be in contention for a spot with the England national side when Gareth Southgate picks the team for next month's internationals. The midfielder has previously represented the Young Lions at the Under-21 level.
