Tottenham among clubs interested in Fenerbahce star
Tottenham are reportedly interested in signing Fenerbahce midfielder Ozan Tufan.
The Turkish midfielder has also caught the attention of the Premier League clubs Everton and Southampton.
According to Goal.com, Spurs have sent scouts alongside the Toffees and Saints to watch the Turkish starlet in action against Galatasaray.
It is also understood that Tufan carries a release clause worth €20m and is bound to the Super Lig outfit until 2023.
Tufan is more of a utility player while his main position is in the midfield– box-to-box role. He has racked up a total of 2 goals and 5 assists in all competitions this season.
A regular for the Turkey senior team since 2014, the 24-year-old has earned 49 caps over the course.
It was previously reported that Tufan is likely to seek an exit from Turkey this summer to pursue his desire of playing in Europe.
Carlo Ancelotti’s side appear keen on his signature this summer as they are trying to fill the void left by Idrissa Gueye.
Elsewhere at North London, Spurs could lose Eric Dier this summer after his reduction of playing of time under Jose Mourinho.Totte
