Chelsea confirm agreement of personal terms with winger

Ziyech agrees personal terms with Chelsea

Chelsea have confirmed that they have agreed personal terms over a five-year contract with Hakim Ziyech ahead of his move from Ajax during the summer transfer window.

Earlier this month, the west London announced that they had finalised a transfer fee with Ajax for Ziyech's signature and they have now confirmed that the winger has finalised the contract package ahead of the summer move.

"Chelsea Football Club can today confirm that Hakim Ziyech has agreed the terms of a five-year contract. The Moroccan international will remain at Ajax for the rest of this season before making the transfer to Stamford Bridge in the summer," a statement read on the club's official website.

Chelsea have made no signings over the past two transfer windows and they are expected to spend big in the summer with manager Frank Lampard wanting at least four new signings.

Ziyech is definitely one of them and reports claim that the Blues are looking into possible deals for Leicester City's Ben Chilwell and Borussia Dortmund's Jadon Sancho.

Aside from the duo, Lampard is also keen on recruiting a new goalkeeper ahead of next season. Ajax's Andre Onana has been fancied to replace Kepa Arrizabalaga, who seems likely to head through the exit door.
