Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal battling to sign Poland striker?

Arkadiusz Milik news

Milik on radar of north London giants

Napoli forward Arkadiusz Milik could reportedly be the subject of interest from both Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal when the transfer window reopens.

The Poland international has contributed 46 goals from 108 appearances for Napoli to date but reports claim that the marksman may prefer a new challenge away from the Naples outfit.

According to Calcio Napoli 24, both Spurs and Gunners have been keeping a close eye on the forward's display this term and they could make offers for the 26-year-old in the summer.

Milik has established himself with the Serie A side after overcoming a couple of long-term injury concerns but it is claimed that Napoli could still consider his sale for around £40m.

Spurs are said to be eyeing a new marksman to compete with Harry Kane, who has often been injured during the backend of the season. Arsenal, on the other hand, may require a replacement for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Aubameyang has yet to sign a new contract with the north London side and the club's hierarchy could be tempted to sanction his sale when he enters the final 12 months of his deal in July.
