Aubameyang really happy at Arsenal

Arsenal forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has said that he is 'really happy' to play for the Gunners amid the speculation that he could leave the club in the summer.

The Gabon international has under 16 months remaining on his current deal with the Gunners and so far, he has yet to finalise an extension with the north London giants.

As a result, he has been linked with a possible move elsewhere in the summer but speaking in a recent interview, the marksman has reiterated his commitment towards the Gunners.

"It means a lot. When I was younger I used to watch Arsenal because they always had great players and they won trophies as well. I think it is really a pleasure to be here, I am really happy - that's my feeling," he told Arsenal.com.

Aubameyang has amassed 20 goals during the current campaign and out of those, he has netted 17 times in the Premier League where the Gunners are vying for a Champions League spot.

Mikel Arteta's side have won their last three games in the top-flight. They are currently five points adrift of the Champions League positions with a game in hand.
