Arsenal favourites to sign Chelsea's experienced forward
Arsenal are reportedly leading the hunt to sign Chelsea winger Willian when his contract expires at the end of the campaign.
The Brazil international has been with the Blues for nearly seven years but he is expected to leave them during the summer, having failed to finalise a contract extension.
According to ESPN Brasil, the Gunners are said to be holding the advantage in the player's pursuit as the winger would favour to remain in the English capital next season.
The same report claims that the 31-year-old has a close relationship with compatriot and Gunners ace David Luiz and that may be another factor behind him joining the north London outfit.
Aside from the Gunners, Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool have also been credited with an interest in signing him. Mikel Arteta's side are apparently willing to meet his demands for a three-year deal.
Willian has netted seven goals and registered six assists for the Blues this term. The west London side have declined to offer him a contract of more than two seasons.
